Suminagashime: Meditative Silk Marbling Workshop

Explore the art of marbling with Kelly of Odette Press. In this creative class, you’ll use swirling colors floated on the surface of a bath of water to make mesmerizing marbled designs. You’ll be guided through a simple instruction for this nature-inspired process, finding inspiration and a grounded tranquility in the Suminagashi (“floating ink”) process.
All materials provided to create a collection of marbled papers and a silk bandana, plus a folder to take your designs home. This workshop is great for beginners, and no experience is necessary. Save your spaces today!
